PTA feedback meeting
The PTA held a feedback meeting on Feb. 17th, 2010. Thank you for your feedback – it will be used to make our PTA even better in the future.
Meeting recap:
- Reviewed Hamilton PTA’s mission and goals
- Reviewed all activities and services Hamilton PTA provides throughout the year – organized by our goal area topics
- Created visual feedback by placing green dots on activities people wanted to continue and red dots on activities people wanted to discontinue or change. View results
- Met in small groups to discuss what’s working, what could be improved, and general comments related to 4 topic areas – read feedback notes from the small group discussions
Next steps:
The current PTA board will use the feedback received to make improvements and modifications to our plan of action for the remainder of this school year; and next year’s board will take it into account when planning for next year.
